  Julia M. Phipps, RN

Ms. Phipps is currently retired from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where she worked as a Project Manager in research in the Public Health Sciences Deptartment.

She serves on the NC Commission of Indian Affairs as representative for Guilford Native American Association. She is Co-Chair of the NC Indian Child Welfare Committee and a member of the Sappony tribe where she serves as an officer.
